60 MINUTES OF VARIED EXERCISES IN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT.
Land based group fitness training aimed at increasing cardiovascular, strength & mobility. Suited to all levels of fitness, ages & abilities. Great way to train with like-minded people, highly motivating session fuelled with laughter & encouragement. Each session is different, using weights, cardio equipment & boxing movements.

Personal Training

One on one training suited to your needs, requirements and abilities. This session may include use of weights, cardio equipment, battle ropes and boxing moves. Each session is created differently Additional participants will be charged on the day.

Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout your body.

We will be offering: Aqua Cycling, Aqua Fitness utilising bikes, boards, balls & noodles and so much more.

This is only available to guests staying at 17pounds Country Estate. Shillings & Pence accommodation. Organic garden walk taking in vegetable & berry gardens &  garden rooms. Followed by a gentle fitness session in the indoor heated magnesium pool. Fitness intensity will be tailored to your needs and special consideration is given to your level of fitness & abilities. Aqua cycling & Aqua fitness. Followed by refreshment and snack.  

Total: 1.5 hrs $250.00  
Add on: Charcuterie board made from selected local produce & a bottle of Rose $75.00.
