Power Punch Fit for women Thursdays 6:30am - 7:00am This 30 minute boxing session will see you taught technique, boxing drills, bag & pad work. You will pair up & work as a team to improve, eye hand co-ordination, increase cardio fitness & improve your overall fitness & physical wellbeing. Suited to all levels of fitness & abilities. WAKE Up SESSION
Cardio Fit for Women Tuesdays 6:30am - 7:00am Out of puff, focus being clouded, stressed to the max, searching for something different? Then come along and train with like-minded women, no fancy clothes or shoes, just comfortable attire. BYO a bottle of water & towel to dry off the sweat. Go at your own pace with a highly motivated trainer who knows when YOU should STOP and breath. Use of Cardio equipment, Boxing drills, Abs conditioning, Stretch, flexibility & balance movements. Each week you will become stronger, leaner, fitter and more in control. 5 SESSIONS. package can be purchased for $100.00 reducing cost to $20.00 per session |
STRETCH & FORGET
Myofascial Release Thursdays 9:30am - 10:15am Most suited to anyone with stretching difficulties, and muscle tightness which is most of us! This slow land-based class is aimed at improving your flexibility. Myofascial technique & rollers will be used in this session. This can be an intense but rewarding class. Tuesdays 9:30am - 10.15am Go at your own pace with a highly motivated trainer who knows when YOU should STOP and breath. Use of Cardio equipment, Boxing drills, Abs conditioning, Stretch, flexibility & balance movements. Each week you will become stronger, leaner, fitter and more in control. Great alternative to a one on one PT Session. Each session is aimed at increasing strength, flexibility, balance & focus. Using a variety of equipment, this 45 min session will see you burn calories, increase cardio & reduce your stress. RUSH HOUR
Saturdays 8:00am - 9:00am 60 MINUTES OF VARIED EXERCISES IN A GROUP ENVIRONMENT. Land based group fitness training aimed at increasing cardiovascular, strength & mobility. Suited to all levels of fitness, ages & abilities. Great way to train with like-minded people, highly motivating session fuelled with laughter & encouragement. Each session is different, using weights, cardio equipment & boxing movements.
