Half Day Fitness Workshop
Seasonal Training Camp
9.30am (for 10 am start) finish after Lunch
Program:
Introduction followed by food collection from the garden for Lunch.
The day will incorporate 3 training sessions, each with a break and snack
Lunch will be prepared while you take a rest, enjoy the gardens and smell the clean air.
What to expect:
Boxing (non-contact) pad work, technique. Battle ropes and circuit training,
Foam rollers/core strength training, stretching, ball work.
Your willingness to participate is the main criteria. Any level of fitness is fine but some degree of fitness will help you to enjoy the day even more. And yes, you will be tired but your tummy will be filled with fresh food to help you get through the day.
You will be inspired, motivated and exhilarated.
Come solo and join like-minded people or come as a group.
You will have a lot of fun and be invigorated.
Food
Fruit smoothie, Light Lunch, all snacks and water will be provided on the day.
Please let us know of any food allegories or requests prior to your arrival.
