Feel like the Goddess Amphitrite when you join us for a day of relaxation, gentle movement and- rejuvenation of mind body and soul. From the moment you walk in the door you will start to de-stress at 17pounds Country Estate. Leave feeling like a water goddess after a nurturing day filled with fun filled exercise and nutritious energy producing foods; Including a forest walk with a twist Aqua biking (we all like to try something new), Aqua fitness and gentle stretching. The day starts off at 9am for a 9.30am start and finishes around 3.30pm. Timed nibbles to keep us energised throughout the day include nutritious fruit juices, smoothies, and nourishing food.
All levels of fitness are catered to this is not bootcamp, so you will enjoy the movements both in and out of water. Our indoor heated magnesium pool will relax your tired muscles and help calm your nervous system. Each exercise session will last about 45 minutes followed by time to relax and get to know each other whilst grazing on energy inducing delicious nibbles, convivial conversation drink selection, and yes there will be coffee! Bring along an extra pair of runners or boots for the forest walk as there are a couple of hills but it’s not a race, it’s a gently walk through tall old trees and lush under growth. A further stroll around the property incorporates the productive vegetable and berry garden with our garden rooms with glorious vistas. Upon return to the pool house, we will enjoy lunch and a conversation about nutrition focusing on the benefits of eating well. After a short rest and time permitting, we may indulge in another magnesium soak, then we will finish with our final stretch session. As the day comes to an end, we say goodbye to our newfound friends, and head home for a wonderful night’s sleep.
